- Annual Agreement: You are signing up for 1 year of service.
- Cancellation: You can cancel your account at any time, but you will be fully responsible for the remaining value of service for the term of your agreement. Call 512-295-5700 to cancel your account.
- Auto-Renewal: Your commitment will auto-renew for successive 1 year period at the end of the initial year. However, you may cancel this auto-renewal by contacting us at any time between months 9 and 12 of your term.
